Graphic Design- Petruzzi, Hayden

Are you an artsy, creative individual? Then graphic design is the perfect career path for you! Graphic design is the art and practice of planning and projecting ideas and experiences with visual and textual content, and is essential in websites, advertisements, publications, and much more. Graphic design is only the beginning of many possible directions of careers, and you could make posters for politicians, design a magazine cover, or make intricate labels on products. The possibilities are virtually endless, making graphic design an amazing foundation to start on. A bachelor's degree in graphic design typically takes four years to get in college, requiring 120-180 credit hours to be completed. Rookie graphic designers have a median annual salary of $45k, but can make much more, depending on the number of projects done. But a reason even better than the wage is the work environment. Graphic design studios are creative and vibrant in atmosphere, and according to Shillington graduates, workers are allowed to wear trainers and casual clothing, combating the suit-and-tie formalities of other boring workplaces. I highly recommend that you choose to go on the path of Graphic Design, and hope that you have a bright future in your career.
